The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery offers a perfectly pink and delicious escape for diners searching for refreshing sips and savory bites. With numerous locations throughout the South, the brand opened its first West Coast location this year at Resorts World Las Vegas. Thanks to the city’s warm temperatures and sunny climate, the area is ideal for enjoying nearly year-round poolside relaxation.

We have always wanted to expand to the West Coast, and Vegas was a destination we felt would align perfectly with our brand,Owner and Founder Jess Patterson told us.Given the existing blend of restaurants and nightlife at Resorts World Las Vegas, we thought The Co-Op would be the perfect addition to their already impressive list of offerings. As summer is kicking into gear, all we can say is pool season is frosé season! We are excited to expand our offerings with our Co-Op frosé cabana bar and think it will be a great addition to the already extraordinary experience at the Resorts World pool. This property is truly incredible, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.”

Stepping into The Co-Op, visitors will immediately be enveloped in the brand’s ambiance—the perfect frosé pink. The Co-Op brand is a vibe all on its own. From our roots in Charleston, SC, we have carried the famed island vibe all the way to Vegas with our brick-and-mortar in Resorts World and are now expanding to their pool deck,Beckham explained. The Co-Op brand philosophy is to not take ourselves too seriously, and we strive to offer our customers a similar feeling. We encourage our visitors to leave their serious side at the door and enter an escape from reality, something we think aligns perfectly with the Vegas experience. The space is light and airy and features several frosé machines, bright pops of pink, flamingos, edgy merchandise and even Big O Chocolate Bars available for purchase, adding to the playful offerings.”

What started as a concept laden with Southern charm has now evolved into something perfect for poolsides throughout the country. The evolution of The Co-Op was inspired by the barrier islands of Charleston, SC,Jenny Beckham, Marketing Director of The Co-Op.It first became a hit on Sullivan’s Island in 2012, with beachgoers loving its delicious gourmet sandwiches and taking them to the beach. The business took off in 2017 when we added frosé to our menu. Gourmet sandwiches and frosé all under one roof – that’s what summer dreams are made of! Adding to the success, The Co-Op’s unique brand has drawn the attention of high-profile investors, including Peyton Manning and Sam Bradford, and now we have expanded to the West Coast for the first time, bringing our delicious offerings to Resorts World Las Vegas.

Whether lounging during the day or gathering with friends at night, The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery is a must-visit destination where every moment feels like a cool breeze on a sunlit afternoon. As we are expanding our offerings in Vegas, we are excited to present our first-ever cabana location, where we serve frosé poolside all day!Beckham said of the Las Vegas location.Light and refreshing with 14% alcohol content, our frosé is perfect for beating the heat and makes for a must-have for a day by the pool.”
