The event takes place on Friday, July 7, at 4 p.m., and tickets cost $35 plus fees. In addition to sipping on top-notch liquor and savoring tasty bites, you’ll also get to learn about the history and nuances of each drink from a knowledgeable and passionate expert. Wine Pairing Dinners at Osteria Costa

Attention food and wine lovers! Osteria Costa is offering an exquisite four-course dinner featuring gourmet pizza prepared by Executive Chef Adrian McGowan, expertly paired with luxurious Italian wine varieties. Indulge in a range of delectable dishes, including Focaccia di Recco, Grilled Stone Fruit, and Peach Almond Crostata. Indulge your taste buds with the Savage & Cooke Whiskey Four-Course Whiskey Dinner at STACK, hosted by The Mirage. Happening on July 22, the event will feature an elevated dining experience that highlights a specialty menu. Each dish is carefully paired with Savage & Cooke Whiskey for an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. The menu includes Whiskey Brined Pork Belly & Hokkaido Scallop Duo with Crispy Leeks, Creamy Sweet Peas and Pomegranate Glaze; Cumin Seared Halibut Cheeks with Street Corn Stone Ground Grits and Roma Relish; 10 Oz. Bone-In Filet with Smokey Red Chimichurri and Sausage Spiced Cauliflower; and Bourbon Peach Upside Down Cake with Vanilla Bean Gelato. This mouth-watering event is not to be missed, and tickets are priced at $155 plus fees. Another dinner is in the works, scheduled for September 30, with the partner whiskey brand yet to be announced.

Wine Pairing Dinners at Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak

Step into the world of premium wine and gastronomic indulgence at the Orin Swift Wine Pairing Dinner hosted by Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak. The prestigious five-course dinner, spearheaded by Executive Chef Creon Mallet, will be held on Wednesday, July 26, at 6 p.m. Each course is paired with finely crafted Orin Swift wine for an optimal dining experience. The thoughtfully curated dishes include Tuna Conserva, Chorizo Croquettes, Spanish Octopus Carpaccio, Chimichurri Rubbed Wagyu, and Burnt Basque Cheesecake with apricots and pistachio sesame honey. Guests can anticipate an evening of luxurious dining, priced at $250 plus fees. Save the date for two more upcoming wine pairing dinners on August 30 and September 27, with a wine partner yet to be announced.

Sushi School

Otoro Robata Grill is hosting a Sushi School series on July 29, where attendees can learn how to become a sushi expert. Executive Chef Yoshi Park will lead an interactive, hands-on experience that covers the basics of sushi making, which includes preparing sushi rice, choosing the freshest ingredients, and making specialty rolls. The event will serve additional menu items from Otoro Robata Grill, and guests can indulge in their sushi creations. Tickets for this experience cost $75 plus fees. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who love sushi and are seeking to enhance their skills while enjoying a culinary adventure. Additional Sushi School sessions are scheduled for August 25 and September 23.
