For anyone searching for an unparalleled dining experience in the bustling metropolis of New York City, look no further than the Benjamin Restaurant Group. With multiple locations scattered throughout the city, including their acclaimed flagship restaurant Benjamin Steakhouse, the family-owned group has become a household name in the Big Appleโ€™s culinary scene. โ€œOur flagship location, Benjamin Steakhouse, actually is where the century-old Chemist Club used to be,โ€ Owner Benjamin Prelvukaj told us. โ€œThe interior of Benjamin Steakhouse has a very traditional steakhouse ambiance. The dark wood interior, high ceiling, brass chandelier, and a 10-foot working fireplace are reminiscent of old New York.โ€

Juicy Cuts and Classic Elegance: A Decadent Dining Experience at Benjamin Steakhouse in New York

Youโ€™ll find three locations around New York, includingย Benjamin Steakhouse,ย Benjamin Prime, andย Benjamin Steakhouse Westchesterย in White Plains. Outside of New York, Benjamin Restaurant Group has expanded to Japan. โ€œThe process of creating the restaurant starts with the location. Being in the heart of midtown, a block away from Grand Central, welcomes many walks of life,โ€ Prelvukaj explained. โ€œWe want to provide a space that brings a warm, inviting space with great quality food and service. So we have taken the time to cultivate our sense of style. We were able to bring the true New York City steakhouse atmosphere to our locations in Westchester and Japan. Based on our care for quality in our food, service, and hospitality.โ€

Known for their exceptional cuts of perfectly aged beef and seafood that melts in your mouth, dining at a Benjamin Restaurant Group establishment is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. โ€œOur signature dish, the porterhouse, is incredible to serve,โ€ Executive Chef Arturo McLeod told us. โ€œThe moment it leaves the kitchen, the steak is sizzling, and the butter and juices are bubbling. Our guests grab their phones to record the sizzling and their waiters serving the steak onto their plates and roasting the steak along the edge of the plate. Itโ€™s quite a show to witness! When multiple porterhouses go out to the dining room at the same time, the whole room can get an aroma of delicious steak.โ€ย

The steak isnโ€™t the only highlight on the menu, with a significant meaning. โ€œThe Benjamin soup is probably the dish that means the most to me. All the ingredients in the soup are featured on other items on our menu, and I think it symbolizes Benjamin Steakhouse perfectly. The soup itself is also delicious! It has our flavorful dry-aged steak, which makes the soup hearty and warm, and itโ€™s absolutely perfect in the wintertime.โ€
