The much-awaited grand opening of Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen at Horseshoe Las Vegas finally took place last week with much fanfare and merriment. The restaurant showcases Guy Fieri’s signature bold flavors and electrifying energy all around and joins Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen, which is just down the street at The LINQ Hotel + Experience. Guests were greeted with the iconic 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS RS from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives at the entrance of the restaurant, setting the tone for the memorable event.

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen Opens at Horseshoe Las Vegas

The Knight Line, presented by Drumbots, played dynamic beats, and Chef Fieri made a grand entrance to the event, creating an electrifying atmosphere. During the event, Guy commemorated the grand opening with a celebratory shot of Santo Tequila from a Flavortown-branded ice luge. The event was graced by Caesars Entertainment leadership, congratulating Chef Fieri on the grand opening of the sports kitchen. 

“So Horseshoe brand was built on Legendary experiences,” Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Horseshoe Las Vegas, said to audiences and members of the media during a grand opening toast. “And we couldn’t be more excited to partner with Guy Fieri and what he creates. As you can see here, this restaurant is amazing. And our guests love Guy Fieri because he and his team built an amazing restaurant where you can watch your favorite sports and have an experience that will be seen nowhere else in Las Vegas.”

“I said this a moment ago in an interview; this a dream come true,” Fieri said to audiences as they gathered in droves for the grand opening. “I’m a big dreamer, always have been, but you never in a million years would have told me that I was gonna have an opportunity to partner up with Caesars open up in the legendary Horseshoe and give you culinary, give you Flavortown, give you sportsbook, give you a great time, all in one place.”

For food lovers, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen is undoubtedly the place to be, with an extensive menu that boasts of unbeatable dishes like the “Do-Nut Try This At Home” Donut Burger, a beef patty with super melty cheese (SMC), bacon, pickles, caramelized onions, and Donkey Sauce. The burger is surely a game-changer, and its tempura batter and spicy ketchup toppings make it even more irresistible. For dessert, guests were in for a treat with The Big Brookie, a signature dish that features a double chocolate brownie cookie prepared in a cast iron skillet, served with vanilla bean ice cream, crushed pretzels, and salted whiskey caramel.

“Of course, in true Vegas style, that’s actually my Camaro that’s out there. They drove it off the road from Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives; we did the band, and they even held a World Series of Poker Tournament for us for the opening!” Fieri joked since the WSOP is also taking place at Horseshoe Las Vegas. “It doesn’t get any better! That’s our commitment to great sports, great food, great drink, and great service.”
