Nashvegas is becoming more and more of a reality as more of Nashville’s mainstays make their way to Sin City with the arrival of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar at the entertainment hub 63 CityCenter. Ringing in the start of NFR and the arrival of one of country music’s favorite performers, we got lost in a sea of cowboy hats as we made our way over to the brand-new venue to bring you a sneak peek at everything inside.

Sneak Peek Inside Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar: A Taste of Nashville in Sin City
“20 years ago when I started my career, I never in a million years thought that I would have a place on the Las Vegas Strip,” Jason Aldean said during the first of two performances on opening night. “This still blows my mind. But I love the city of Las Vegas, really appreciate everybody coming out today. And I hope we do everybody proud here.”
While the venue is set to bring lots of Nashville vibes to the Strip, Aldean also brings with it a taste of the Peach State. “I think for me, anytime I’m involved in anything, it’s bringing Georgia to wherever I’m at,” Aldean told us exclusively. “I have so many deep roots there. I mean, I was born and raised there, and you know, my mom’s recipes are on the menu. You know, my mom’s an amazing Southern cook. So it’s a lot of that kind of thing, and I remember as a kid, and just growing up, that I wanted to include when we did the first bar, so it’s just kind of become a staple in all of them now. You know, I think it’s just, you know, from the music to the food to the drinks to all of it. It’s a lot of things that I grew up doing, bars that I used to go to and things that I remember Having fun at, you know, bars that I’ll be like, oh, man, that’s a cool thing or feature that this bar has or that bar and you just try to include some of that stuff when you do something. You want to include those things in your place, so I think that’s what we tried to do.”

Fans of Aldean’s music will recognize little callbacks to his biggest hits all over the venue. From the Tractor Bar with the Big Green Tractor to the My Kinda Party sign, the logos scattered throughout like hidden Mickeys, and the various throwbacks to different parts of Aldean’s career, those in the know will have a field day exploring and dining. The Las Vegas location is the fourth in his growing empire, with other venues in Nashville, Gatlinburg, and Pittsburgh. Fans can also get a taste of the foods Aldean grew up with, such as his mother’s peach cobbler and his grandmother’s pot roast.
With country bars and kitchens now lining the Las Vegas Strip, the city is getting more and more of a taste of South Broadway in Nashville. We asked singer Chancey Williams if Vegas was starting to feel more like Nashville when we chatted on the red carpet. “A little bit, you know, there’s always a lot of live music and good cowboy stuff. So yes, it does feel a little bit like Nashville.”

Country star Easton Corbin has seen how Las Vegas has changed over his years of performing for locals and rodeo fans during NFR. “You know, I think it’s changed for the good thing,” Corbin told us. “You just get to know a lot more people and, you know, create a lot more relationships. And, you know, eventually, when you come out here for NFR, it’s like a big reunion. Just hanging with friends and all those family. We’re pretty much family.”
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar is the latest addition to the country lineup in Las Vegas, bringing parts of the Deep South to the Las Vegas Strip—but years ago, Vegas only had one spot for country music lovers, and even Aldean remembers it fondly. “We used to come to town and go to the old Frontier Hotel, Gilly’s, and beg those guys to let us drink for free all night because we didn’t have any money, and to now come here to Las Vegas and have our own bar on a Vegas Strip is pretty badass.”
