Chef Julian Serrano Shares LAGO Menu Updates

LAGO by Julian Serrano offers a dining experience like no other. The restaurant features a menu of seasonal dishes using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. The stunning setting overlooking the majestic Bellagio Fountains makes LAGO a must-visit for all Las Vegas visitors. โ€œItaly and Las Vegas share a common zeal for living life to its fullest,โ€ said Chef Serrano in a recent press statement. โ€œEvery bite at LAGO is an indulgent labor of love that brings a fun and fresh perspective to high-end dining without sacrificing the quality or authenticity that makes each dish special.โ€

The menu boasts a variety of tantalizing dishes, including Osso Buco, a traditional Italian dish made with braised veal shanks and seasoned vegetables that will delight any palate. The Lemon Tagliolini is a must-try, served on a beautiful lemon platter that exquisitely highlights the pastaโ€™s buttery lemon flavors. The LAGO pizza, topped with black truffle shavings, is a lavish treat that pizza lovers will surely enjoyโ€”itโ€™s also one of the most decadent pizzas youโ€™ll find in Las Vegas. Even the burrata is beautifully displayed in a way that complements the flavors and setting of the restaurant.

The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, allowing guests to indulge in the restaurantโ€™s delicious offerings throughout the week. Moreover, the restaurantโ€™s outdoor patio is ideally situated to provide a stunning view of the world-famous Bellagio Fountains, adding to the restaurantโ€™s already outstanding ambiance. Make sure to save room for dessertโ€”if youโ€™re in the mood for something tuly over-the-top, try the flight of Espresso Martinis. Each martini is topped with a different confection for a delicious and Instagrammable sweet finish. If youโ€™re looking for something less liquored, the Tiramisu and Lemon Citrus Cake provide divinely sweet options for every taste.
