You were clubbing or gambling until the wee hours of the morning. You just got off a late-night work shift or maybe a happy hour with friends became one too many hours. We get it; now, all you want is food. In fact, your grumbling stomach is becoming more of a battle cry.

Late Night Eats in Las Vegas

Donโ€™t panic. Here is a list of late-night eats that offer a hearty nightcap in Las Vegas.

Ramen Show 2

Ramen Show 2 may not be the biggest Japanese restaurant in town, but their ramen packs a serious punch. Located in Chinatown, I was invited to try their late-night eats. A favorite of mine is the โ€œTsukemen.โ€ A hot soup accompanies the noodles for dipping. The flavor is thicker than the usual ramen soup, and the noodles are also a bit thicker. The ramen here is so delicious that it will leave you slurping every last noodle and drop of broth in the bowl. The restaurant also offers traditional ramen and rice dishes, and I recommend the pork fried rice. Some notable appetizers include โ€œTakoyaki,โ€ โ€œAge Dashi Tofuโ€ and โ€œTornado Potato.โ€ If you are looking for delicious authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles after a late night out with friends, this is the place to be.

Ramen Show 2 is open daily from 5 p.m. โ€“ 2 a.m.

Peppermill Las Vegas

The iconic Peppermill Las Vegas restaurant made its debut on the Las Vegas Strip in 1972. The family-owned restaurant has been featured in many movies and television shows such as โ€œCasino,โ€ โ€œShowgirls,โ€ โ€œThe Holly Madison Show,โ€ and โ€œGiada at Home.โ€ Celebrities like Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, Criss Angel, and Guy Fieri have stopped in to enjoy the restaurantโ€™s delicious, hearty dishes and oversized portions. Many of the original items from the 1972 menu remain on the menu today, such as the โ€œFrench Toast Ambrosiaโ€ and the โ€œPeppermill Burger.โ€ Other popular menu items include โ€œMunchโ€™s Breakfastโ€ and โ€œNachos, Nachos, Nachos.โ€ If you are looking for a cocktail, try the popular 64-ounce โ€œScorpion Drink.โ€

The Peppermill is open from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to midnight on Thursday, and 24 hours Friday-Sunday.

Herbs & Rye

We love finding off-the-Strip, hole-in-the-wall locations in Las Vegas. Herbs & Rye fits that description combined with a classic Vegas feel. Recently voted a โ€œBest Late Night Eatsโ€ location, this favorite localโ€™s spot is famous for its steaks, homemade pasta and cocktails from every era. If you fancy steak, be sure to try the โ€œHerbs & Rye Spice Rubโ€ to go with it. Itโ€™s a customer favorite. If you like Surf & Turf options as much as we do, you will be happy to know that Herbs & Rye has the โ€œSurf & Turfโ€ and โ€œNectalyโ€™s Surf & Turf.โ€ While both have lobsters, one has a juicy nine-ounce filet, and the other has an 18-ounce ribeye.

Herbs & Rye is open 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily except for Sunday.

Siegelโ€™s 1941

There is a reason why Las Vegas is called โ€œSin City,โ€ and much of it is due to the time dating back to the 1940s when notorious mobsters like Bugsy Siegel ran the streets of Las Vegas. Once owned by Bugsy himself, the historic El Cortez Hotel & Casino pays homage to its roots with the old-Vegas themed restaurant, Siegelโ€™s 1941. On the all-day menu are classic dishes like the โ€œPrime Rib of Beef Au Jus,โ€ โ€œNew York Strip Steakโ€ and a mouthwatering โ€œReuben Sandwich.โ€ Check out specials like the $16.95 prime rib deal or the winter offerings of stone crab which sell for $55 a pound (way less than what you’ll find on the Strip!)

Siegelโ€™s 1941 is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday and from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday.

Cafรฉ Hollywoodย

Located at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, dining at Cafรฉ Hollywood takes you on a nostalgic journey through Hollywood. The walls are adorned with photos dating back 25 years of actors and movie sets. The menu options are eclectic, with the perfect combination of American, Chinese and Italian dishes (like their amazing honey walnut shrimp). Everything on the menu at Cafรฉ Hollywood is delicious, and we have yet to try a dish we did not like. You will feel like you hit the jackpot with the โ€œHigh Roller Sampler.โ€ This shareable appetizer combines the โ€œWorld Famous Chicken Crunch,โ€ โ€œTexas Tostados,โ€ โ€œBuffalo Wings,โ€ โ€œFive Cheese Dipโ€ and โ€œTempura Jumbo Shrimp.โ€ Make sure to save room for their decadent desserts like carrot cake.

Cafรฉ Hollywood is open until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and until midnight from Sunday to Thursday.
