The Best Sandwiches in Las Vegas

Project BBQ

The Hundred $$Dollar$$ Sandwich at Project BBQ inside Circa Resort & Casino is not for the faint of heart. This massive creation is packed with tender brisket, pork, and chicken, drenched in a combination of BBQ sauce and beer cheese sauce, and topped with bacon bits and crispy chips. It’s a true feast for any avid barbecue lover. However, be prepared to bring your appetite and wallet—this monster costs a whopping $100. But for those who are willing to splurge on an ultimate barbecue experience, the $100 Dollar Sandwich at Project BBQ is definitely worth it.

Bacon Nation

The Reverse BLT at the brand-new Bacon Nation inside The D Casino & Hotel features bacon as the main component rather than a simple topping. The dish boasts layers of crispy bacon woven together and topped with lettuce and tomato on a thick slice of bread. This unique twist on the classic BLT is sure to satisfy any bacon lover’s cravings. Bacon Nation, Las Vegas’ first 24/7 bacon-inspired restaurant just opened, so it’s the perfect time to check it out. With other menu items such as bacon mac and cheese and chocolate-covered bacon, Bacon Nation is sure to be a hit among bacon enthusiasts.

Lardo

Check out two delightful offerings at Lardo inside Block 16 Urban Food Hall at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The Bronx Bomber takes classic flavors of the Philly cheesesteak and elevates them with house-made provolone whiz and roasted, pickled peppers. The cheesesteak is also finished with tangy vinegar mayo and lightly shredded lettuce for added texture. The Pho’Rench Dip, meanwhile, combines Korean flavor with the traditional French dip by using hoisin and sambal mayonnaise, along with shaved beef and Thai basil. It also comes with a side of pho broth for an added touch of warmth and depth. Both creations are unique yet satisfying options at Lardo.

Earl of Sandwich

Earl of Sandwich was founded in 1762 by John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich. The restaurant offers classics such as ham and cheese, as well as unique options like the Holiday Turkey and the Beach Club. In addition to sandwiches, the menu also includes wraps, salads, and breakfast items. Diners can choose to dine in or opt for take-out or delivery. With locations on the Las Vegas Strip and throughout the country, Earl of Sandwich offers a convenient option for a satisfying meal.

Saginaw’s Delicatessen

Saginaw’s Delicatessen inside Circa Resort & Casino offers a variety of sandwiches, including Sparky’s Pastrami & Mustard and the Royal Flush Reuben—these items are known for being big enough to require two hands to eat. In addition to traditional deli options, Saginaw’s also offers unique options, like their breakfast sandwich with Sriracha mayo. With abundant and creative options, there is something for everyone at Saginaw’s Delicatessen.

Proper Sandwich Company

Proper Sandwich Company prides itself on using fresh, high-quality ingredients in all of its sandwiches (the restaurant’s Heirloom Tomato BLT was a hit on social media when it was in season). The meat is slow-roasted in-house, and the bread is baked daily. Customers can also build their own sandwiches with a variety of meats, cheeses, and toppings. In addition to sandwiches, the menu features soups and salads. Weekly specials offer a unique twist on classic sandwiches or feature seasonal ingredients. Proper Sandwich Company also offers catering services for events.
