“Caesars Entertainment has been an extremely hardworking, professional, and excellent partner to work with on the planning and building of the first-ever Martha Stewart restaurant. It will be in the Paris Las Vegas and will very accurately portray the important aesthetic and taste of the Martha Stewart Brand. Our menu will be delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family. The architecture and decoration of the spaces cleverly exemplify the beauty and atmosphere you might find at my beautiful farm in Bedford, New York. Dining at The Bedford will be immersive, fun, unexpected, and utterly delectable,” Stewart recently said in a statement to the press.

The restaurant will present a menu curated with seasonal ingredients and produce, with many items being sourced locally. Quality artisanal ingredients will also be brought in from Jasper Hill Farm, Vermont Creamery, Frog Hollow Farm and other gourmet purveyors. With a farmhouse chic design modeled after Stewart’s own Bedford farmhouse, a meal at The Bedford by Martha Stewart promises to be a transportive dining experience.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart joins a stunning repertoire of culinary delights at Paris Las Vegas, including Gordon Ramsay Steak, Eiffel Tower Restaurant and Mon Ami Gabi. In addition to Gordon Ramsay Steak, celebrity chef concepts at Paris Las Vegas include quick-service spots like Brioche By Guy Savoy and Bobby’s Burgers By Bobby Flay, which also opens this spring.
