Highlighting the menu are its signature entrees, such as the bounty-filled Seven Seas—a lavish pot of seafood served in a savory lobster tomato broth, and the decadent Seafood Risotto. For those seeking a more refined dish, the Salmon Oscar and the Sea Scallops stand out as must-try options, each beautifully paired with complementary sides and sauces. “When at all possible, we strive to procure line caught fish and try to avoid seafood that is being over fished or harvested in a detrimental manner,” Taylor said of the fresh offerings.

Favorites include the Mango Chili Mai Tai, the uniquely blended LVYC Muddled Margarita, and the refreshingly sweet Yachty Raspberry Lemonade. These creations, along with an array of oyster shooters and an expansive wine selection, ensure that every visit is both flavorful and memorable. “The cocktails are a must-have at Las Vegas Yacht Club, from the “Smokey Paloma,” “Yachtie Raspberry Lemonade” and the “Capitan’s Old Fashioned,” Taylor told us. “We have also put together a fantastic wine list by the glass or the bottle.”
