At the Las Vegas Yacht Club, diners can explore a diverse menu that includes a mix of both warm and cold starters, hearty soups, crisp salads, fulfilling pastas, and delicious sandwiches, among other offerings, while enjoying a playful take on the property’s theme. “Las Vegas Yacht Club has a playful nautical theme, including a giant ship anchor dividing the dining room; whimsical light fixtures with fish suspended within them; beautiful hard wood floors; and additional subtle nautical accents seen throughout the restaurant,” Craig Taylor, Director of Culinary Operations told us. “We were looking to keep the menu approachable with an elegant simplicity for our guests.”

Highlighting the menu are its signature entrees, such as the bounty-filled Seven Seas—a lavish pot of seafood served in a savory lobster tomato broth, and the decadent Seafood Risotto. For those seeking a more refined dish, the Salmon Oscar and the Sea Scallops stand out as must-try options, each beautifully paired with complementary sides and sauces. “When at all possible, we strive to procure line caught fish and try to avoid seafood that is being over fished or harvested in a detrimental manner,” Taylor said of the fresh offerings.

To elevate the dining experience, the Yacht Club also boasts an impressive selection of handcrafted cocktails. Favorites include the Mango Chili Mai Tai, the uniquely blended LVYC Muddled Margarita, and the refreshingly sweet Yachty Raspberry Lemonade. These creations, along with an array of oyster shooters and an expansive wine selection, ensure that every visit is both flavorful and memorable. “The cocktails are a must-have at Las Vegas Yacht Club, from the “Smokey Paloma,” “Yachtie Raspberry Lemonade” and the “Capitan’s Old Fashioned,” Taylor told us. “We have also put together a fantastic wine list by the glass or the bottle.”

While diners may come for the food, they’re likely to return for the ambiance and service. “When you are seated in the dining room of the restaurant, the casino floor is not visible, but the atmosphere and décor feels like you could be in San Francisco or another great costal town,” Taylor said of the guest experience. “The amazing team that we have at Las Vegas Yacht Club is what sets us apart from other restaurants on the Strip. Our team is professional, fun and inviting, striving to provide guests with an incredible dining experience from start to finish.”
