The Lexi Hotel Las Vegas has opened its doors, bringing with it a new scene in hospitality. This uniquely designed boutique hotel boasts 64 refurbished rooms and suites and has made history as the first-ever hotel in Sin City to embrace cannabis culture on its fourth floor completely. We got an inside look at one visitors can expect from a trip to The Lexi Hotel.
The Lexi Hotel Brings New Hospitality Options to Las Vegas
The hotel takes over the former Artisan Hotel space and has undergone a multi-million dollar transformation, and guests will undoubtedly be delighted with its exceptional décor and atmosphere that combines boutique elegance with whimsical charm. While old portions of the previous property are still present, The Lexi breathes new life into the space. “There are not a lot of hotels that still have a European-style pool, so we wanted to keep that,” Alex Rizk, the visionary CEO of Elevations Hotels and Resorts, said to members of the press. “It’s one of the features we are carrying over from The Artisan. We have something similar in Phoenix as well, without the European-style sunbathing, but that’s something we are working on as well.”

From the time you step into the entryway, you’ll recognize that The Lexi is a hotel unlike any other, with a grand lobby, chic lounge, European-style pools, and plush rooms ready to welcome visitors. So pack your bags because The Lexi awaits you for a one-of-a-kind experience in the world’s most vibrant city. “It’s only 64 rooms; it’s a really good hotel to do full or partial buyouts for private events, corporate events, and things of that nature,” Rizk said of the property. “The only difference is that the huge advertisement you’ve seen all over town is no longer valid. But we are still open to those ideas. We want to be a local spot, so the lounge and bar are going to be very difficult to buy out because we still want to have some consistency where everyone can come in and experience.”

Part of the Elevations Hotels & Resorts group, The Lexi offers a haven for Cannabis enthusiasts as local law allows. The company hopes to expand more across the West Coast in the coming years. “We are looking to acquire four new locations for four new Elevations Hotels & Resorts. Palm Springs, two in LA, and one in San Diego right now, which we hope we can bring similar concepts,” Rizk said. “Of course, that depends on the local and city laws in each location. All of our hotels are going to be unique; we call it “soft branding.” All of the hotels have their own name, by Elevations Hotels & Resorts. There are no cookie-cutter plans for any of our hotels, and that’s actually the nature of our brand, and we want to keep it that way.”
