Hakkasanโ€™s Executive Chefs have summoned the spirit of prosperity, strength, and health into a stellar menu to honor the energies and themes of the upcoming lunar cycle. Start your meal with the Red Dragon cocktail, a flavorful blend of Belvedere vodka, honey, lime, dragon fruit, and sparkling berry sake. Throughout this limited-time experience, patrons can indulge in the luxurious Wishes of Prosperity dim sum duo that’s gained popularity at Hakkasan Riyadh. The pair features lobster and cheese lantern puffsโ€”a nod to the New Year custom of burning lanternsโ€”as well as the exquisite Black truffle wild mushroom dumplings, symbolizing resilience and the robustness of nature’s bounty. An A4 Wagyu Beef Cucumber Salad is also on the menu with a flavor and texture combination like no other. A claypot Chilean sea bass (a traditional Chinese cooking method) is also available with a mushroom sauce, shallots, and garlic.

Another item on the luxurious menu is the Smoked Eight Treasure Duck, a delicious culinary delight created with the culinary maestros of Hakkasan Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. A play on traditional Chinese cuisine, this duck dish is meant to inspire more than just your taste buds; it is a tapestry of meaning, embodying the pillar of health and the promise of abundance for the coming year.

The Wild Red King Prawn with Braised Dragon Beard Noodles takes center stage next. This creation, inspired by the London Hakkasan, marries the longevity signified by the dragon beard noodles with the liveliness and vigor of the prawnโ€”a coupling representing not just the New Year but a life brimming with actions and experiences. For those looking for something on the healthier side, an elevated vegetable dish is also available (the Prosperous Buddha’s Delight Vegetables).
