FUHUย atย Resorts World Las Vegasย is the perfect spot for those craving an electrifying atmosphere and bold, contemporary Asian cuisine. โWe wanted to bring something different to Las Vegas and capture the high energy that you expect when youโre on the Strip,โ Executive chef at FUHU, Chef Justin Kalaluhi, told us. โItโs definitely not your classic Asian cuisine restaurant, but itโs also not what youโve seen in other hotels and casinos. I think our menu is incredibly special, and our team has poured everything into developing it.โ

Every detail has been designed to enhance the vibrant, high-energy dining experience, from the retro-inspired decor to the indoor-outdoor dining space. โFUHUโs venue is a great backdrop for aesthetic photos, which everyone is always looking for!โ Kalaluhi told us of the space. โOur patio is perfect for when the weather cools down in the evenings and perfect during brunch. It looks out to Ayu Dayclub, which has a tropical oasis atmosphere, so it feels like youโre on a secret island getaway.โ
โMixing retro, modern and Chinese-inspired dรฉcor seems like an interesting combination, but they all complement each other in an elegant way. We have our iconic cherry blossom tree right at the front entrance, which is inspired by the cherry blossoms in the first FUHU at Resorts World Genting in Malaysia. The flowers floating and twinkling above the bar tie it together.โ

FUHUโs menu features a wide selection of seafood, steak, sushi, and specialty cocktails, inviting guests to indulge in a culinary adventure unlike any other. โWe like to keep the mystery alive and want to surprise our guests,โ Kalaluhi said of the beloved menu item. โFor the next menu change, weโre going to have a twist on chicken and dumpling soup! We love to think back to the tried and true and then play around with that idea.โ
Items that stand out include innovative takes on classic dishes like the FUHU Fried Chicken. โThis one is a menu staple, and everyone loves it,โ Kalaluhi told us. โFUHUโs Fried Chicken is actually a signature dish we replicated from FUHU in Malaysia! Itโs fried chicken with a bit of a spicy kick and chili glaze. Itโs super flavorful and has the perfect texture that makes you keep craving for more.โ

Other favorites are a little less familiar. โItโs gotta be the Banana Cake!โ Kalaluhi said of the most popular dessert item on the menu. โItโs unique because it comes with a crรจme fraiche ice cream instead of the typical vanilla ice cream. On top of the banana cake, thereโs an amazing rum caramel sauce and caramelized bananas.โ
โAnother one that is always a fun way to top off the dining experience is the Wonton Candiesโthey are deep-fried wonton wrappers twisted to look like little candies! When you take a bite, you get gooey chocolate milky way in the center.โ

FUHU is not just a restaurant; it is the ultimate party destination in Las Vegas. Every Saturday night, guests are invited to โThe Patio is a Vibe,โ a weekly party concept that promises hidden delights, live music, and specially crafted cocktails and dishes. โOur specialty cocktails are a must-try and make it so much fun,โ Kalaluhi said of the cocktails. โThere are drinks inspired by tropical flavors like lychee, guava, coconut and passionfruit. And, of course, there are Asian influences in our cocktails; for example, FUHUโs Wasa-Bi, which has wasabi syrup and Green Gold, which features matcha. You really canโt go wrong!โ
โMy personal favorite is Fallen Ambers because I love Old Fashioneds and Japanese Whiskey. The drink comes with a cool smoked presentation that gives it an extra unique element.โ

The excitement does not stop there as FUHU also offers a unique take on the classic brunch experience with the imaginative Saturday Brunch. Featuring Ube Pancakes, Snow Crab Scramble Dynamite, and Hainanese Chicken Rice, diners are treated to a fusion of flavors that satisfy a variety of tastes. Additionally, exclusive brunch cocktails and Dim Sum options are also available, making Saturday Brunch at FUHU an unforgettable experience. โOur brunch menu has dim sum, twists on classic brunch cocktails, hot and cold dishes and even sushi rolls,โ Kalaluhi explained. โWe have our own take on everything! An instant crowd-pleaser is our Ube Pancakes. This is a fun tropical take on classic pancakes by making them ube and adding coconut flavors. Itโs paired with condensed milk and whipped butter to give it that sweetness.โ
โOur guests love FUHUโs food and vibes!โ Kalaluhi told us. โThatโs always been a highlight in feedback and reviews. Many of our patrons come to FUHU before heading over to Zouk Nightclub, and coming in to dine is like having another party at the table. When our guests leave our restaurant, we hope that they are mesmerized by the attention to detail in our dishes and the incredible flavors and want to keep coming back for more.โ
